Do I have to wear lingerie for the session?

This is one of the most common questions. The answer is absolutely not! Our goal is to ensure you feel empowered comfortable and confident! For some this may mean wearing lingerie during the session but for others this may mean accessorizing yourself in a jacket, boots, shorts, heels, or a robe. No matter what you choose to wear to your session, we want you to feel comfortable and confident during your time with us.

Can I take nude shots?

Yes of course! As we stated previously, our aim is to foster an environment that makes you feel amazing, confident and sexy. If this means you want to take nude images, whether that be partly or fully nude, then we will absolutely support that for you.

Do I need to have experience posing or know how?

Absolutely not. We will coach you through and demonstrate the poses when needed! We want to make this experience as fun and adventurous as we can for you, so trust us when we say “don’t stress!”.

Do you provide hair and make-up to your clients?

We do! We want you to feel truly pampered, so we like to work with our artist to help your vision come to life. When the day of your session comes we hope we can help you truly feel like the queen or king that you are!

Am I allowed to bring someone along to my session?

You are absolutely allowed to bring someone to the shoot if that is something that will help you feel more comfortable. We do however, encourage coming to singular sessions without a companion. In our experience, people generally pay more attention to the other person in the room vs. paying attention to their own experience. This is an experience that we want you to feel you’ve 100% focused on your adventure and experience, which we find is much easier without any bystanders in the room. All we want is for you to be completely and 100% comfortable!

What we generally suggest for those who want to bring someone to the shoot, is their companion joins them at the beginning while we are chatting and getting a bit more comfortable with each other. During the shoot their companion goes and grabs breakfast, lunch or a coffee, and comes back just before the shoot is scheduled to end. We can of course, chat about this further if this is something of concern!

How many outfits should I bring? And is there anything else you recommend I bring?

The actual number of outfits we will use depends on the package you pick, however, we recommend bringing anywhere between 4 to 8 outfits. This is purely to have plenty of options to match the vibe, the make-up and what you’re feeling comfortable in on the day! We also have an up and coming client closet you will have the ability to chose from as well. Though until this is better established it will have limited options.

As for other items we recommend bringing, the list is endless! Our cult favorites are a leather/jean jacket, thigh high boots, and normal/cropped white t-shirt with high waisted black undies. Though those are our favorite items to bring, any article of clothing or pair of shoes can really fit right into a boudoir session. We also have plenty of props separate to our set for you to use within your session, ranging from a feather tickler to restraints, among other options you can browse on the day.

If I’m not a woman can I still book a session?

Absolutely! Anyone who wants to have a boudoir experience is absolutely welcome! Everyone of any gender identity, and any sexual orientation is obviously welcome. We truly wish to spread positivity, empowerment and confidence to any and all who seek it.

We obviously, also welcome couples of any sexual orientation and gender identity as well. We absolutely adore capturing the beauty and intimacy of a loving couple.

What products will I receive from my session and when?

This of course, depends on the type of package you decide on, however all packages include receiving at least 100 edited photos, with the exception of the Fun-size session (70-100 images). These images are given in both the format of online gallery and a usb drive, and a type of photo album, again with the Fun-size session receiving a folio instead. You will receive the edited photos within three weeks from your session, but you will receive some teasers within a week of your session. Receiving the edited photos means you will receive the best of the best, as there will likely be duplicates, and out of focus shots that we remove before editing. The specific photo album received will depend on the package and therefore the time in which it will arrive will also vary. We want to ensure you’re completely over-joyed with your experience as well as the memory of your experience!

What about retouching/editing?

When we edit and retouch photos we will NEVER alter the image in a way that it is no longer a reflection of you. This means we never practice editing techniques that change your body shape. Before the session, we will ensure we are on the same page in regards to the subject of editing and what you expect. Generally, we will retouch temporary blemishes and edit lighting and coloring during this process. We want to celebrate your beauty exactly as you are! Each session and image will be finished personally to each client to allow each individuals uniqueness to shine through.

Will you share my images?

Not without your permission and written consent! After the session we will discuss with you your preference around this matter. There are a few options to chose from and they range from sharing no images, to sharing anonymous images, to sharing any image within the gallery. Of course, there is no pressure and it will be discussed with you in person after you’ve seen your images so you’re 100% happy and comfortable with what is decided! We absolutely love being able to share some aspects of our clients finished products and do so with pride, as do many of our clients! But no matter what is decided, we truly love helping our clients see themselves in such a commanding and powerful light. Our dream is to ensure you are proud of the adventure and experience you have had with us.
